CAKES
Our buttercream is delicious, light, fluffy and quite delicate. In our warm climate it’s best to keep your cakes cool in the refrigerator. On especially hot days or rooms that are not air-conditioned, bring the cake out when needed on the day of the celebration. By the time happy birthday is sung and the cake is cut, it should be at the perfect temperature for consumption.
If the cake is not part of any ceremony or celebration and you just want to eat it, bring it out of the fridge about 30 minutes before you are ready to eat it

CUPCAKES
Cupcakes are best eaten fresh on the day they were purchased and at room temperature. Refrigeration is likely to dry them out
CAKE LOAVES
Wrap cake loaves in plastic wrap and keep airtight and refrigerated. Bring the cake loaf out of the refrigerator 30 minutes before you are ready to eat it. You can also put it in the microwave for a few seconds if you’d like to enjoy it warm.
COOKIES AND CHUK CHUK
Keep cookies and chuk chuk in an airtight container at room temperature or in the refrigerator.
CRUMBLE
Keep refrigerated and consume within three days of purchase. Bring the crumble out of the refrigerator 30 minutes before you are ready to eat it. You can also put it in the microwave for a few seconds if you’d like to enjoy it warm.
Our cakes and sweet treats will last for three or more days if stored properly. They can last longer if wrapped, kept in an airtight container or bag and stored in the freezer.
